The Duver Special with Squeak

The Duver Special is a breakfast roll served at our cafe on north shore of Bembridge Harbour. We stuff a fresh roll with a Delysia Farm Shop egg, specially seasoned sausage patty make from Woodford Butcher's gluten free sausage meat, plus crispy bacon slices. For the "Dish of the Day" we've added a circle of squeak – mash with cabbage and leek – locally sourced. Its great with our IOW coffee served with Briddlesford Farm milk. All our food and drinks are served in Vegware compostable packaging.
